Aptly named Soulbreaker 10 miler….forecast was good and turned out right, stunning morning for the inaugural Soulbreaker…Ok so there were a few issues with getting lost (personal speciality) but on the whole a stunning race with great views and some tricky tracks…couple of streams to cross and a lot of climbing…I managed to make it 12 miles but hey all good miles…huge thanks to marshals and for great food at the finish…awesome goody bag with treats from Watt Nutrition (wish I’d eaten them before the start). Tough run but great fun 2hr 14min for this old body and 1600 ft of climbing…as usual I walked a fair bit.
